How to Start a Return

- Go to your order
- Click Request Return and follow the steps
Once your request is approved (within 1–3 business days), you’ll receive return instructions by email.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Security tag must be attached and intact
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Free return labels are provided for returns within the United States
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items (50% off or more)
- Final sale items
- Items purchased using store credit
- Previously exchanged items
